Kubilay Soner Gültekin started his education at Strasbourg University and graduated in 2017. Then he successfully completed his master’s degree in 2019 in Private law at Paris-Est Creteil University with master’s thesis titled ‘’significant imbalance in the parties’ rights and obligations arising from the Law of Contracts (‘’Le déséquilibre significatif en droit commun des contrats’’).
During his studies, he participated in various seminar programs and completed different internships. He also gained experience while working in the legal department of Allianz in Paris in 2019
After completing his equivalency exams at Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2020, he was entitled to start his legal internship.
